  • Group Tours & Customized Travel Arrangements

All services are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective service providers.

3. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by BestTrip.
  • BestTrip reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if required information or documents are incomplete or inaccurate.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices may vary due to airline fare updates, hotel rate changes, government taxes, supplier policies, fuel surcharges, or currency exchange fluctuations.
  • The final confirmed price shall be the price applicable at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Payment Policy

  • Full or partial payment may be required before confirming any booking.
  • Bookings remain unconfirmed until payment is successfully received.
  • Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information.
  • Ensuring the validity of passports and travel documents.
  • Obtaining and carrying all necessary visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and other required documents.
  • Reviewing booking details before confirmation.

BestTrip shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Visa Services

  • Visa approval, rejection, processing time, and conditions are solely determined by the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
  • BestTrip does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
  • Applicants must provide genuine and accurate information and documentation.
  • Submission of a visa application does not guarantee issuance of a visa.

8. Flight Schedules & Airline Policies

  • Airlines may change schedules, routes, aircraft types, or cancel flights without prior notice.
  • Such changes are beyond the control of BestTrip.
  • Customers must comply with the policies, baggage rules, and conditions imposed by the respective airline.

9. Hotel Reservations

  • Hotel ratings, facilities, descriptions, and images are based on information provided by hotels and suppliers.
  • Check-in, check-out, room allocation, and hotel policies are governed by the respective hotel.
  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

10. Tour Packages

  • Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly stated before booking confirmation.
  • Tour itineraries may be modified due to operational requirements, weather conditions, local regulations, supplier changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Unused services included in a package may not be refundable or exchangeable unless otherwise specified.

11. Hajj & Umrah Services

  • Hajj and Umrah services are subject to the rules and regulations of the Government of Saudi Arabia.
  • Flight schedules, hotel allocations, transportation arrangements, and service components may change due to operational requirements.
  • Pilgrims are responsible for complying with all applicable Saudi laws, visa regulations, and religious guidelines.

12. Third-Party Services

BestTrip acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa authorities, insurance companies, and tour operators.

BestTrip shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, delays, service failures, or decisions made by third-party providers.

13. Limitation of Liability

BestTrip shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, missed connection, additional expense, or inconvenience resulting from:

  • Airline actions or disruptions
  • Hotel or supplier issues
  • Government restrictions
  • Immigration decisions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Health emergencies
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

14. Force Majeure

BestTrip shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or conflict
  • Government actions
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Airport closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or labor disputes

15. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or its services.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.
  • Upload harmful software or malicious content.
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

16. Intellectual Property

Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
